Terms of Moba Coins

The Terms of Moba Coins were originally prepared in the Japanese language. Any translation in any other language shall be for reference only, and if there is any discrepancy between such translation and the Japanese original, the Japanese original shall take precedence. Any translation in a language other than Japanese shall not bind Mobage Members or the Operating company.

Article 1: Terms of Moba Coins

  1. The Terms form one of the Additional Terms based on the Terms of Mobage Membership established separately by DeNA Co., Ltd. (the “Company”).
  2. All matters not set out in the Terms shall be subject to the Terms of Mobage Membership and other terms and conditions of use specified by the Company.

Article 2: Moba Coins

  1. Moba Coins refer to points for using the content designated by the Company (including the items in the games; the same applies below).
  2. Mobage Members may purchase Moba Coins by making payment of the charge specified by the Company by the means specified by the Company. Article 10 of the Terms of Mobage Membership shall apply to the charge for Moba Coins.
  3. Mobage Members may obtain the right to use the content within the scope specified by the Company by using Moba Coins by the means specified by the Company. Moba Coins can be used only for the services designated by the Company.
  4. Mobage Members may not lease, transfer, trade, pawn, or allow other Mobage Members or other third parties to use their Moba Coins or right to use the content. However, Mobage Members may exchange any items owned by themselves within the game for those of other Mobage Members, only under the conditions specified by the Company and by the means specified by the Company, without making cash or other economic profit part of the counter-value, when the Company grants special approval.
  5. In no event may Mobage Members refund Moba Coins or ask for Moba Coins to be exchanged for Moba Gold.
  6. Moba Coins shall be valid for one year from the date of last use or acquisition of Moba Coins. Unused Moba Coins shall expire after that period.
  7. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, if a Mobage Member forfeits their eligibility to use Mobage Town by withdrawal etc., any unused Moba Coins shall also expire at that time.

Notes Regarding Service

There is no maximum limit for payment amounts.
However, there are purchase maximum limits for Moba Coins, premium closet, premium course, game points, and other paid content depending on the age of the user as detailed below.

  • Users 15 and under: ¥5,000/month maximum
  • Users 16 - 19: ¥10,000/month maximum
※Age is calculated based on the date of birth provided in the Mobage registry.
※For customers who are "Simple Members" (kantan kaiin) and do not have a date of birth registered, those who did not select "16 or older" during the confirmation of age will have the same maximum limit as those 15 and under.
  • Moba Coins may be used for content indicated to be available for purchase by Moba Coins.
  • The Moba Coin balance may be viewed in the Moba Coin History on your My Page.
